Delivery
at CARAVANSHOP we feel delivery is one of the most important aspects of our service, therefore we have appointed reputable carriers to carry out our deliveries, and as a valued customer you will be notified of your carrier and consignment details.
Delivery time is approximately 14 working days unless express has been requested after order appoved and processed . For the purposes of deliveries, working days are defined as Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays.

Out of Stock Items
We endeavor to hold stocks of all the items shown on this website, however there may be circumstances where we are out of stock of a particular item. If this is the case we will contact you and advise you of the estimated delivery date or an alternative item that may suit your needs. At CARAVANSHOP it is our policy to suspend a product from the site where we know that delivery is likely to be in excess of 4 weeks.

Pricing
at CARAVANSHOP we make every effort to ensure that our prices are both competitive and accurate. If a price shown on the website is found to be incorrect we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of sale.

Returns Policy
If the goods you have received are faulty or due to error on our part please notify via email within 7 days the exact nature of the problem.
If you wish to return an item please email us at returns@caravanshop.com.au stating the reason for return and your order number from your invoice, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation.
We will either replace the goods or refund your credit or debit card on return (excluding delivery costs)  to our warehouse.

Please ensure when you are returning goods to ourselves that you use a reputable delivery service that can provide you with evidence that they have delivered your goods back to us. Your right to cancel 
Orders can only be cancelled via email within 24 hours of approving your freight component. Clearly state your order number and relevant details.

Payment & Security
We accept payment by Mastercard, & Visa. We can also accept payment by Money Order & Cheque, but this can delay delivery, as we are unable to release goods for delivery until the cheque has cleared.
